In The Stix publicly lists on-site food options including preordered one-pot meals waiting in the dome, breakfast hampers, and arranged dining such as pizza and steak nights. I did not find official evidence for a standalone restaurant/bar, so this is approved as on-site food service rather than specifically a restaurant.
